Warranty policy
The company warrants devices sold directly through it only.
The warranty is valid for one year from the date of the official purchase invoice.
The warranty does not cover the pen or any accessories included with the device.
The warranty does not cover accessories sold separately unless otherwise stated on the official website or purchase invoice.
The original purchase invoice must be retained to benefit from the warranty service.
Exchange and Return Policy
Customers have the right to exchange or return the device and receive a full refund of the amount stated in the purchase invoice within 14 days from the purchase date, without providing reasons and without any fees, provided the device is in its original condition with all contents and packaging intact.
In case of a manufacturing defect affecting the device’s performance or if the device does not match the stated specifications, the customer is entitled within 30 days from the purchase date to exchange the device for a new one with the same specifications and full contents at no additional cost, or return it for a full refund.
If an incorrect product is delivered, it may be exchanged provided it remains in the original condition as received. The correct product will be shipped once the returned item is received.
If the same performance-affecting defect occurs more than twice within the first year or within the warranty period (whichever is shorter), the device will be replaced with a new one free of charge after technical inspection on the third occurrence to ensure there is no misuse by the customer.
Warranty Will Be Void In The Following Cases
If the device is subjected to misuse, improper storage, opening, or tampering.
If the serial number of the device or its accessories is removed or altered, or if there is any modification, scratch, or removal of the warranty seal from the device or battery.
If non-original accessories are used with the device, or if the device battery is used in other devices.
If a return or exchange is requested after the 14-day period has expired.
If defects result from misuse and are not manufacturing defects.
