Returns & exchange Policy

1. General Conditions

The original purchase invoice is required for any return or exchange. Requests without the invoice will not be accepted.

Products must be in their original condition and original packaging, and the product must not be opened or used, with all accessories and manuals included.

In case of a manufacturing defect, the product may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is free from scratches, breakage, liquid damage, or any signs of misuse.

If the customer decides not to keep the product after purchase, exchange only is allowed, provided that:

The product has not been opened

The original packaging is intact

The customer bears all shipping costs for sending and returning the product

Products that are sealed or intended for one-time opening are not eligible for return or exchange once opened, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects within 14 days from the purchase date.

2. Electronic Devices

Customers must visit the main branch for inspection of electronic devices.

No electronic device will be returned or exchanged unless an official report is issued by our technical department confirming the presence of a manufacturing defect.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the appropriate action will be taken in accordance with this policy.

3. Cases Eligible for Exchange Without Additional Shipping Fees

Products may be exchanged without charging the customer any additional shipping fees, subject to product availability, in the following cases:

The product was received damaged.

The product received does not match the original order.

In these cases, Beta Store will bear all shipping costs related to the exchange.

4. Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

The product has been opened or shows any signs of use.

The product is returned without its original packaging.

The product is returned without the original invoice.

The request is made after 14 days from the date the product was received.

5. Shipping Costs

If a manufacturing defect or store error is confirmed, Beta Store will cover all shipping costs.

If no defect or error is found, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

6. Refund Method

Any approved refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days.
